Excellent flavors. Venison has a little different taste but it has a nice texture. Elk is similar to the Venison with a little tougher texture. The Wild Boar has a nice smoked flavor. The Buffalo had the easiest texture but it has a nice smoky flavor.

Listen, I bought some jerky to see if it was any good. Let me tell you it's excellent. The wild game sampler pack was delicious and I'm so glad I purchased extra venison jerky. It's the good stuff. Perfectly seasoned, nice thin chunks. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It's so good.

The Exotic tester kit gives you a variety of meat full of flavors for your taste buds to enjoy. With a bit of a kick of heat to each bite without that gamey taste.
I like the Chipotle Bourbon pack as well it's with that bit of sweet taste with that kick of heat to it. Then there's the Test Kitchen pack Prime Rib a new flavor they created. Now that is a total awesomeness to my tasted buds too.
Jerky.com I am impressed with your jerky & flavors along with that slight kick of heat that's not overpowering each bite. Please continue to look for other variety of styles to do jerky as, I sure would love to put my taste buds to the test.
