Really good If you like to do workouts with weight, this is REALLY GOOD, I've never used before until now and believe me, the workout feels different. I started with 6 lbs and my 5 to 8 hand weights, 1 lb anckle weights. I do workout every other day , or every third day for 15 to 30 minutes, because I have a lot of walk in my job. Comfortable and effective. I wear them under my slacks at work for a bit of a leg workout, and they stay completely hidden. I think my legs are getting stronger, but it hasn’t been long (so it could be in my head).
