Really good If you like to do workouts with weight, this is REALLY GOOD, I've never used before until now and believe me, the workout feels different. I started with 6 lbs and my 5 to 8 hand weights, 1 lb anckle weights. I do workout every other day , or every third day for 15 to 30 minutes, because I have a lot of walk in my job.
