Really good If you like to do workouts with weight, this is REALLY GOOD, I've never used before until now and believe me, the workout feels different. Comfortable and effective. I wear them under my slacks at work for a bit of a leg workout, and they stay completely hidden. I think my legs are getting stronger, but it hasn’t been long (so it could be in my head).
