It came in 4 boxes carefully wrapped individual pieces to ensure that the pieces do get damaged. I'm a 62 year old female and I put it
together. The instructions were easy to follow. All screws came in a blister pack which was great. There was one issue that I had to figure out, the cable cord for the pulleys but I got it.
My suggestion is to complete the bottom pulleys on the frame then start running your cable cord. Other than that this is gym grade
equipment. It took me 10 hours total in two days 5 hours each. So many forms can be
