GYM HACK: You absolutely can use the Ekko ANKLE LIFTING cuff for both unilateral tricep extensions and lateral raises. Using an ankle strap is a highly recommended and a lot of people use it as "gym hack" that removes the need to hold a handle or rope, which takes your grip strength out of the equation and allows you to fully isolate the target muscle.
Washing care :
·Generally , you should wash your straps every 1- 2 weeks, but this can be less or more frequent depending on your type of workout or how often you wear them.
·HANDWASH ONLY : Soaking them in mild soap and water. Submerge the straps/cuff in the soapy water for a few hours or overnight.
·Rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue.
·Air dry
·BE AWARE that even "gentle washing" machine program + hand washing can cause tarnishing on the metal rings due to exposure of the metal attachments to chemical such as soap.
