Initial review.Pros: Shipment was very quick. Both boxes arrived at the same time. Material is better than anticipated. Frame seems sturdy. Couch is Soooo comfortable. Material is soft and seems very durable.
Cons: Construction takes time. Approx 2 hours. Cushions were quick to "fluff". After 12 hours we're still hoping for the "full effect". Disclosure they did say it would take 3 days.
Over all, for the price, it's a steal. I will update after the 3 day mark regarding the Cushions.

I was admittedly a little skeptical about buying boneless furniture. But this chair is incredibly comfortable. The material is so soft. And the chair feels pretty sturdy while still giving that feeling of sinking into it. My cat immediately tried to claim the chair for herself.
The included pillows are pretty nice. You get a larger cushion-type pillow, two throw pillows. I’ve ultimately added my own throw pillows for extra comfort.
The chair is pretty heavy, but manageable. Getting it unwrapped was an adventure because it’s so tightly compressed. There ended up being a ton of plastic to remove. But it starts to take shape immediately. It was usable just minutes after removing the plastic, if I wanted to.

Couch Is great Super soft and easy to clean and get the pet fur off of !! I was worried that it would show a ton of pet fur and it does not and it’s even a bonus that it’s easy to clean with a toddler and pets. That’s super important to me.
