I've had 5 hip replacement surgeries and this pillow helps with the lower back pain of my RA and also helps the sciatica. Might not work for everyone but it has helped me get a more restful night of sleep.

Manufacture smell hasn’t left on one. They’re very soft, but if you have heavy thighs like myself it squishes too much and doesn’t work like it’s supposed too. Works perfect for my partner who is lighter than me.

I've been using this almost every night. I'm on my feet all day so my joints swell up daily. My only complaint is that I get overheated when I'm using it. That could also just be the menopause though. It's worth the money!

So for me it’s not big enough the space between the legs should be more when u put it between ur legs the weight of the top leg condenses the foam too much. I think the 2 legs should be even with the hips For me anyway. Maybe u should think about adding a bigger size for bigger people

This works really well. I had my second knee replaced and have had back issues. I turn a lot in the night and this is perfect to stay attached. My husband wanted one as well. :)
