We are so happy with this product. The only hard process of putting in our new couch was getting the old one out. I would say the only con in my opinion is the length of the lounge chair and chaise. I’m only 5’6” and my feet hang off slightly when I stretch all the way out.

I'm leaving 4-stars because I ordered the 3pc Corduroy Grey, but the two pieces I received yesterday (couch & chaise) is corduroy & the chaise I got today is plush. I'm not real happy about that. I can't attest to the comfort yet, nor can I say anything on the plumpness; we've not sat on them yet. My pillows are not plump but I'm hopeful they will be over time. They're pretty "floppy" & loose feeling right now. They are covered for protection due to 2 Great Danes, a Doodle & 3 cats. Keep in mind, if you order, you'll need to take your anger out on them.

Okay first off, bought this after hesitating for like 3 weeks and I regret not getting it sooner. This couch is SO comfortable, I love the firmness and yet I could still nap for hours which is crazy cause I usually get sofas that sink in. I love the arm rests they’re thick and sturdy so I can use them as a table for books or plates even, the couch cushions also have an attached pillow that supports your back like overall this couch is 100% worth every penny!!!

I’ve had this set for a little over a month and I love it , there’s no sag it’s just as firm as the day I got it . It’s memory foam but it’s very dense and stable. It’s very comfortable to sit on and easy to clean.

I received two out of the three boxes. I was hoping the third box would come in, but my order showed that my product was all delivered. It’s beautiful but not soft like you setting on the floor. I’ve had it going on a few weeks. I would have rather got the round one instead of the one in the picture. Heavy duty, nice quality, color was exact. I got the plush gray left side chaise keep in mind if you need right or left! The sofa came as said on time. The single chaise comes separately with in a few days. Assembly: Kind of heavy but you can do it by yourself
