I'm IN LOVE with this couch! I started using it the same night I opened it bc it plumped up so fast. I have not slept in my bed since I got the couch. It's so dang comfy! Don't get me wrong my bed is very comfortable but this thing is even better. It's incredibly soft yet firm. Trust the process.

I LOVE IT! I had a horrible experience with fedex/delayed delivery so that’s why I took a star away. The couch is amazing though! Very very happy and satisfied with the product! It came with the ottoman and pillows and inflated as soon as we opened the box! Again I LOVE IT! My favorite couch so far!
