Couple of reasons I rated this so low… First and foremost the way it came packaged pretty much an open box. Secondly I bought this because of the wide seat supposedly measuring 24.6 inches wide however it measured 22 and change 2 inches makes a big difference. It’s no bigger than the office chair. I already have which is standard sizing. Debating on whether I’m going to just return it or spend the time to put it together. I paid this money for a chair with a wide seat and I didn’t get what I wanted.
