Box was opened and had someone else name on the inbox. It must have been a returned. then say if the package has been opened the package clearly says if the seal is broken this product should is not for sale. Can this be replaced with a NEW unopened set please.

Oh my GOODNESS, these are HEAVENLY sheets! We are going to order more colors. They are wrapped so beautifully and after you wash them and dry them for the first time… SO SOFT. Then when you slip into bed, they are cool and so soft, encasing your body so luxuriously! Great purchase. LOVE the color.

I love these sheets! I did have an issue with my second order, the sheets looked used and the seal was broken on the box but after contacting customer support they sent me a replacement within a couple of days!

Want to love these because they feel luxurious, but my pillowcase seams came undone as soon as i put them on my pillow. Says a lot about the quality. Also, the burgundy is more closer to a true red in my opinion.

Feels great, washed And dried fine. The color is way off. Seems more like lime green. Not the end of the world but not my favorite color. Probably my least favorite color. Wish I would have gotten a different color to tell you the truth. See attached picture.
