Very strong flow. It is mostly quiet but it does have a slight rattle. Setup for the pump itself was easy, but more clear instructions on how to attack the Lily pipes and connect everything would have been helpful.

After a power surge cooked my HOB, I decided to take the jump and switch to a canister filter. I appreciate the variety chemical, biological, and mechanical filtration included. The filter is incredibly quiet and efficient. My only issue was the tubing included was too short, created a lot of kinks, and made set up difficult. I went over to my LSF and bought 10' of 1/2" tubing, 5' for intake and outflow, and found it worked so much better for my tank. Other than that, the Aquario Neo Flow Lily Pipes make the system look sleek and professional. I will be repurchasing for my other tanks!

I am new at having an aquarium and I am setting up my first 10 gallon planted one. I don't like to see much equipment inside the tank and the Delta 30 canister is providing the look and the performance. It is also very quiet, great quality and it is beautiful. The only thing I wish is that it was a video in how to set up a Delta 30. The only videos I founded were for the Delta 60, which is a little different. Since I am new to this, I didn't know anything about canister filters, besides that they were better and you did not have to see them. My setup is a little different because the canister was going to be behind the aquarium. I made it work. I cut the pipes to fit my set up and it is perfect. I am two weeks into the cycling and so far so good.

So far very good filter! Have it on my UNS 5N. It’s pretty quiet, once I’m 10 or so ft away from it you have to try to listen in order to hear it. Got some valves to control the flow and it’s working great!

Honest review- The title says it all. After two years of use it leaks at the gasket. This is probably my least favorite canister filter of all time. Been in the hobby for 30 years. The clips that hold it down are garbage and it is an awkward filter to prime. Also- Cleaning it is a chore and the media baskets are constructed from cheap plastic that will unclip and fall when you attempt to clean it. Was ok for the first year but now If I bump it it leaks. It sucks. Im replacing it with a fluval 207. I run a 307 on my 60p and couldn’t be happier.

I just bought my 2nd Delta 30, I use them on my 10gallon tanks and they work so well. Kept my water aquarium water clean with less maintenance.

Seems like a great product. The only downside is FedEx. All else is good. They just seem to miss placed my packages all the time. The filters running on my 40 gallon planted storage tank to get some good bacteria started. Soon with go on my 45U probably need longer houses they seem kind of short.

The filter is well built and basically comes with everything you need to get things up and running right out of the box. For my needs, I wish it came with longer tubing; however, after a quick trip to a local hardware store, I was all set. If you're looking for a small canister filter for your next nano tank, don't think twice...
