I love this collar. The color is what I expected and the customization looks amazing. I especially love how there is a separate hook for tags with no-noise padding, although, you have to be careful this clip doesn't get bent at all or you will lose your tags. Also, be careful about the sizing. Order a little bit bigger size than your measurement. I had to order a second collar when the first was too tight, and due to the customization, I couldn't return it. Still, I'm very satisfied with this brand. Additionally, the shipping was very fast.

Our puppy (8mo. 20ish lbs Australian Labradoodle) finally grew into this collar (Small) and has been wearing it for all of 3 weeks. The D-Ring is far superior to any collar we've encountered. build is great. Unfortunately, the personalization is already falling off, and the buckle is has failed for some reason. It simply will not release, no matter how hard any of us pinch it. Everything looks fine, but it takes a small channel-lock to even get it to release. We bathe Remy a little over once a week, and remove the collar for this. Likewise, this is an indoor / suburban dog, and we don't have a fenced in backyard. He's not running around farmland or going nuts unattended, so "wear and tear" is a fantasy as far as what this collar encountered. It's a fantastic idea, but the quality could use some tweaking and commitment to improvement. I would pay $50 for a collar like this, even without the customization based on the D-Ring alone, provided the rest of it held up for 6mo to a year *minimum*. Shucks, add a mechanically embroidered name to reduce the peel problem, and you have a winner. (Even basic Singer sewing machines can do that.) Good luck out there with yours. Your mileage will very. Unfortunately for us we bought this for our dog, and it took him a couple months to grow into it, so we're WELL past any kind of warranty phase.

I have a mastiff and a little mutt. (Very cute but not sure what she is/ vet thinks some kind of doodle) My mastiff loves to chew her little sisters collars. I’ve had three so far. This is one that she just stopped being interested in by about day 2. We also have the bed.

I wanted embroidered names on my dogs collars. So I was excited about these. I was really disappointed to discover the males were done in vinyl stick ok letters. My two goldens immediately tore part of the name off. I called customer service was told there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed
