My 65# GSD/Husky mix is on her 3rd replacement. When she puts a hole in it I duct tape the hole and flip the bed over. So basically she is on her 7th bed in 3 yrs. The rest of my dogs are easier on them.

My dog Clementine has destroyed every bed she has. These beds last the longest by far and what I love most about them is that you can replace just the parts that get damaged if you need to.

I replaced my 130 pound Rottweilers pad for his bed. I love that you can replace the pad and have basically a brand new bed. I live on a homestead and we are very rough on the dog beds. From having them in the kennel for sleeping on them and doing training in the fields. I replace them by myself. But if you have someone to help you it will be much easier. I love these bed. Thrilled that the pads are available separately from the frame!! My dog would destroy whatever was in his crate within an hour. Then I found K9 Ballistics. it has lasted 2 years! When I came home tonight & found a ripped open pad I was really bummed out thinking I would have to buy a whole new bed. So I was thrilled to find you can buy just the pad!

The replacement worked out great. Very easy to change out with an existing frame. Happy that I didn’t have to purchase an entire new frame. I did have to purchase an allen wrench set to get a 4.5 size.

Chew proof armor pad is good but the woman I talked on the phone trying to expedite my order was horrible,was not willing to help me ,save money by going to your local farm store and get a stall mat and cut it down(very easy)I think it is more indestructible

I replaced my pup’s kennel pad when I updated my furniture accessories and throw pillows. She loves it. It’s the only bed she sleeps on in the house.

This is huge that replacement pads are offered now at $25-30 as the armored crate bed is upwards of $175 for the large and while overtime they do get the pad ripped open the metal frame remains intact. Just wish more colors than black were offered in the replacement pad.

Our 1.5 year old Great Dane is a one woman wrecking crew. I'm pretty sure is could destroy anything if given half the chance. Her K9 Ballistics bed survived over a year, but she managed to rip it open and make it sbow in her crate while we were out for the day. I'm thankful that K9 Ballistics offers accessories and replacement parts to fix her bed. Shipping was fast and Indy's bed is as good as new.

We have two beds and bought replacement pads as a convenience and a precaution given our rescued husky pup is a heavy chewer and newly house trained. We have not used these pads yet but they are high quality and would purchase again if needed.

This is the second K9 ballistics bed I bought. The first lasted three years. My dog is a crazy chewer. This is the first bed he hasn’t been able to destroy. It is great quality and well worth the cost.

Oh yes,she's very happy with a clean new replacement pad,she's still a puppy and is a little sloppy with her kongs in the crate,the replacement pad fits the large frame perfectly, but it does take two people to get it on,but worth it to be able to wash the other one,thank you for having that replacement pad.

We replaced the original pad due to her scratching a hole in it. I wasn't aware of the replacement covers but the website made it really easy to find. The construction of the bed makes it super easy to change the pads. It requires a 4.5mm hex so we now have that for any future changes.

I am thankful that this replacement pad is sold separately. The frame of our old bed was still good but the pad had been worn out. Tank was so happy to get the new pad that he laid on it as I was trying to reassemble the frame. This bed allows him to have chew proof padding without sacrificing head room in his cage.
