Cute design. I was using the other pink ones and switched to this style. Stays on good and comes off easy. Helps to keep my mouth closed since I sleep with my mouth open because of hay fever and asthma. If I snore it’s quieter. I am less thirsty too when I wake up.

This product has saved me at night! I used to wake up in the morning with my mouth dry and my jaw hurting from grinding my teeth. Now I wake up not feeling that pain in my jaw or my mouth dry! I’m so thankful for the zzz mouth tape! I was so nervous at first as I suffer from anxiety and was so anxious about having my mouth covered. What gave me the peace of mind was having the hole in the center and I’m able to drink my water out of my Stanley in the middle of the night if I get thirsty You must try these if you grind your teeth or snore I put it on my husband and he no longer snores!

Tape is as advertised. It adheres to mouth and keeps it closed. It does require a bit of care in removal due to its adhesive quality.

I was skeptical at first to have something covering my mouth because I’m very claustrophobic and I use a CPAP. But now I can’t sleep without them!

They work great but the adhesive is just a little too powerful. It can be painful to remove in the morning, I have to go very slowly to avoid injury and a lot of adhesive is left behind.
