Great price. So i used it once and afterwards. It leaked a little and then none of the buttons worked. I couldnt get the unit to power the fan to inflate. They refused to send me a new one and i cant seem to find the right spot to ask TT for a refund. Its like a merry go round.
Why can't you send a new unit? Dont you know whats right in customer service? You be pro active and please the customer. You rather i put a bad review than solve the issue? You can see its BAD in the video.
