If you want to try mouth tape to be trendy you will like it. If you actually need mouth tape to prevent mouth breathing it will be a waste. The hole defeats the purpose and the tiny “hydrating” patch obviously isn’t sticky so your lips are open right behind the hole so you just have a dry mouth.
