Noticeably received results from this high quality zinc! I buy to go along with a lot of other supplemtal support for my Hashimotos; as zinc is definitely needed for thyroid health & health in general as our soil is not only depleted of nutrients but daily exposure to toxins everyday. I've flipped from Hashimotos to Graves & back & I would definitely recommend. Even just a few days without I notice the difference!
