I decided to leave my review after trying these pills for a whole month, I finished the bottle a few days ago. To be honest I didn’t see much of a difference, the only positive thing is that I did saw signs of my period after not having any of them for the past 6 months. They are easy to swallow :)

First month my period was 4 days late. Then my period was one day shorter. I feel more energy and I am hoping to conceive with pcos. So I'll come back and update if it happens. Seems to be regulating my periods so fingers crossed!

Easy to mix into your drink, mixes very well and does not leave a grainy feeling or any after taste. Been using it for almost 3 weeks, I didn't think it was going to be enough comparing the size of the container to a 12oz bottle of Gatorade but it's been quite nice being able to take it traveling with me without worrying about the size of the container. I bought this for my PCOS & I definitely feel a difference in my moods, see my hair on my face slowing down and hopefully will get my period soon.
