Was very excited to order this but I was let down. This does not suck up all the water and left dirty puddles on my floor. Also dirty water was splashing from the mop head while I was actively mopping. I ordered off live for an extra brush roll and it already comes included so you get 1 extra not 2 for ordering on live.

I love it! It works amazing. I got most of my home mopped (1 floor) before I needed to recharge. And I had to empty the dirty water & fill up once midway. It was simple & easy to install & use.

I love it, it’s not perfect, I noticed my first use of it I had to refill the clean water tank twice because it’s a small tank and I have a small kitchen I mean like small apartment kitchen but It does exactly what it’s supposed to. I’m in love with it and it’s better than sweeping and mopping lol.

They said it was good for dogs. Tracks dirty water.TRIED to return the same day purchased they made me wait 2 weeks & denied it. Ease of Use: Super easy! Talks you through every step Noise Level: Way quieter then the Tienco iFloor 3 Battery Life: Kinda short but honestly i was able to do all my floors and vacuum my rug and still have enough power to clean it. So its good enough for me! I replaced my Tineco iFloor3 with this one. I used my moms and was like WTH!! She has the dreame too and it did way more then my, more expensive, name brand one. Its more powerful, tanks are wayyyy bigger, it can vacuum the rug, it sucks the dog hair in instead of blowing it everywhere, and it dries the roller. My floors feel even more clean using this machine.

Finally found a love for mopping! I hate dealing with the mop head of all the other brands I tried the self rinse the spin mops and nothing convinced me. By the way great with dog hair I have a long hair chihuahua and it works great. The dream mop is beyond amazing!!! If you can please spoil yourself with one of these I have the H12 Pro please be cautious of the model numbers they are different even tho they look the same. Let me know if you have any questions regarding my model number and I’ll be happy to reply.

The vacuum is amazing cleans the side of your cabinets and picks up lot however I selected the wrong one I need to be flexible to go under the furniture this one doesn’t my mistake so I’m returning this and order the flexible vacuum

Mine doesn’t do the self clean or do anything when we put it back on the charging dock and it leaves bad streaks on my expensive hardwood. I’d like to see if there is a way to fix it or if I can get a new one? I am extremely disappointed it doesn’t work as advertised. I was super excited for it.

I have never owned a wet vacuum before, so I'm absolutely impressed with this model. I do have one small complaint and that is the self cleaning feature is not as powerful as the more expensive version and it doesn't bend 180 dgrees but it's extremely effective in picking up any mess.
