I'm really liking this Floor one switch S7! The stick vac is so lightweight and has lights on the power head which really helps seeing any dirt. Powerful and easy to use. The mop/vac is amazing! I just love tech that makes sense and works. This unit delivers. So many great features and you can tell the floor is clean when done. You'll have the cleanist floors on your street! Enjoy. I highly recommend!

Mi apto es de 918 m2 y la batería me alcanza para primero aspirar paredes asientos alfombras y pisos utilizando todo lo que trae, y después limpiar,el olor a limpio después que terminas es lo mejor el piso brilla Súper sencillo rápido y cómodo. El agua sucia debo vaciarla una vez mientras limpio ese espacio pero es bien sencillo y lo mejor es la auto limpieza . La solución de detergente te durará muchísimo porque es solo una tapita por llenado del agua limpia.

I purchased the tineco switch. It does an excellent job cleaning my floors and vacuuming. It is very easy to use and clean. It is so much easier to use and cleans better than with a mop and bucket. It assists you with moving both forward and backward which keeps my back and neck from hurting like using traditional mops. I gave it a 4/5 only because I would like to have longer battery life or a back up battery. Have longer than 45 minutes or an additional back up battery would allow me to complete my whole house cleaning at one time. I have 4000 sq ft and have to stop halfway for the battery to recharge. The recharging takes 5 hours. This is an inconvenience for me. The quality of the product cleaning and use is excellent though. I certainly don’t regret my purchase. If I could do it over though I would purchase the cleaner and vacuum separate so I could vacuum my rugs while the cleaner recharges.

I HATE THIS MACHINE. IT LEAVES STREAKS ALL OVER MY FLOOR. IT DOESN'T SPRAY SO I'M HAVING TO RETURN IT FOR NEW ONE. IF IT WERE UP TO ME I WOULD RETURN IT PERIOD BUT TINECO WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I BOUGHT THE $200 HOOVER AND IT'S MUCH BETTER. IT'S FLIMSY AND FEELS KINDA CHEAP. I WOULDN'T BUY IT IF I WERE YOU.

It’s been 15 days since I ordered- haven’t received the item, tracking hasn’t updated beyond “shipping label created,” and Tineco refuses to cancel order or refund me. This would have been my third Tineco, but I won’t ever do business with them again.

I’ve used Tineco for the first time and our floors never looked shinier. The amount of time I saved cleaning the floors and vacuuming the carpets in the home helped a ton!

For the price and other reviews I would have thought this would have been better. The vacuum head should be adjustable height as this seems to have a lot of trouble on carpet. Also unit has difficulty actually picking up debris with the wet dry function, and unless the floor is clean prior it doesn’t really clean the floor. Never had one so not sure if this is just how they work but yea 2/5

This is the best vacuum/cleaner we have ever used. It is easy to operate, the self dry option for the roller is fantastic, and the vinyl floors are cleaner than ever. We no longer use the IRobot for cleaning our floors inside our house, it has been relegated to garage floor cleaning only. Thank you Tineco for such an excellent cleaning product. Highly recommend!!

Mother of 4 here, the best purchase I've done. Having kids could sometimes be time consuming and have little time for clean up. I use to wait till I had all my kids in bed to finally sweep and mop. Now my tineco has given my the facility to do both at the same time without taking so long. One bird in one!

It's been a couple weeks and supposedly the handle was determined was the issues. Tineco send a replacement handle and still not working properly. The machine doesn't talk upon turning ON the power and it have a clicking sounds that doesn't go away same with the replacement handle. On top of that it took 2 days to finally connect the machine to the app but that probably due to whatever is malfunctioning within the machine. Purchase since 7/17/24 and now it's 7/31/24 and still dealing with customer service with the issues. First time experience with the brand...Disappointed. Maybe should of bought through Amazon for faster service.

llevo 2 días con ella y realmente esperaba que mi apartamento de 500m2 (una caja de fósforos) se pudiera limpiar el los 65minktos qué supuestamente dura la bateria... total mentira, la use 15minutos y en el 20% pidió carga larga que dura 3 horas... así que en lugar de ahorrarme tiempo en la limpieza me lo triplicó! no vale la pena el precio por su efectividad. Me sale más barato cambiar de trapero cada semana. y comprar esvi a todos los días.

At first, I was a bit confused whether this included one or two vacuums because the pictures show it in so many different side-by-side configurations. This actually includes two different items: (1) a cordless standard vacuum; and (2) a cordless wet/dry vacuum. Each vacuum is a complete product, except that this only includes 1 battery that you have to share between both vacuums. Ill start off by listing the cons: 1. Only the larger wet/dry vacuum includes a charging base or a way to charge the battery. That means you need to remove the battery from the smaller vacuum and install it on the wet/dry vacuum whenever you want to charge it. The smaller vacuum doesnt even include a charging port so theres no way to charge the battery while it is connected to the smaller vacuum. 2. There's no option to get a second battery. I think it would be better to include two batteries with this product (1 per vacuum) and include a charging port on both. If not, then at least include an option to buy a second battery. Theres no option to separately buy a battery for the second vacuum. 3. Theres no bristles on the wet/dry vacuums roller brush. Other wet/dry vacuums include hard bristles to clean between cracks on uneven surfaces. This wet/dry vacuum isnt very good at cleaning uneven surfaces because it cant reach between the cracks. I have another wet/dry corded vacuum that is much better between cracks. 4. The battery is pretty heavy. The vacuum runs a really long time which is great, but the downside here is a pretty hefty battery. The battery includes a built-in digital video screen that displays instructions when operating the vacuums. 5. The language button is on the back handle. The vacuum gives you audible instructions while you are operating it. The button to switch languages is in a weird place where it always gets pressed by accident and the vacuum then starts speaking in another language and you have to push it 10 times to get it back to English. 6. Theres no wall mount option for the smaller vacuum. In terms of operation, cleaning, and available attachments, it works similarly to a comparable dyson vacuum. 7. The battery takes a really long time to recharge, like more than 4 hours. Also, here are something things that I liked about these vacuums: 1. There's no need to hold down the button to keep it running. You just push the start switch once and it stays on and keeps vacuuming until you push it again to turn it off. You can also change the mode selector without switching it off (e.g., auto, max, or ultra). The auto mode automatically adjusts the suction power based on how much dirt it senses the vacuum picking up). 2. Both vacuums include a headlight to see under tables or in dark areas. 3. Really good battery run time even on ultra mode. 4. Both vacuums fully and easily dissemble without needing any tools for easy cleaning. 5. The battery power is well adjusted to the size of the water reservoir. The battery lasts just long enough to fully empty the cleaning solution reservoir. Also, the dirty water bin is large enough that you can go through an entire cycle without having to empty it. Basically, theres a tank for clean water and for dirty water, and you can go through an entire clean water tank without having to recharge the battery or empty the dirty water tank. 6. The wet/dry vac has a self-cleaning mode for the roller brush. However, by the time you finish cleaning the battery is usually too low to run the self-clean mode, and its not worth letting it sit for an hour for the self-clean mode on the roller, since you still have to clean all the rest of the parts manually. 7. The video screen on the battery is unexpected, and it tells you what mode you are in and gives you pointers on using the vacuum. The vacuum also includes speakers and speaks to you. In summary, this is a pretty high-tech cordless vacuum set. It includes a wet/dry vacuum for deep cleaning, and a standard dry vacuum for daily use. Its inconvenient that theres no way to charge the daily use vacuum without having to remove the battery and install it on the wet/dry vacuum. The battery is really good in terms of runtime, but the wet/dry vacuum is not the most powerful out there and it struggles with cleaning dirt on uneven surfaces much more than other units Ive used. I really like that both units are cordless and use AI features to automatically adjust the speed during vacuuming to save battery life.
