I Love this carpet cleaner! I was going to give it 4 stars because I felt I had to empty the container multiple times for one bedroom. But, once I learned what functions to use and when to use them (such as auto mode), this little carpet cleaner deserves 5 stars for sure! I have 2 pets, this machine with it's impeccable cleaning and suction power blew my mind at how much pet hair and dirt was deep down in the carpet. It self cleans itself, it's lightweight, easy to assemble. I'm so happy I took time to research and find Tineco, more importantly I'm happy with the results of my carpet after using this! I use Sebo to vacuum and Tineco Carpet Cleaner, 2 of the best investments I've made. My 10 year old carpet looks new! Thank you Tineco for a wonderful product and keep up the great work!

I ordered the Tineco carpet one cruiser from Tineco’s website as the first photo shows. Tineco shipped me the wrong machine, but they don't believe it. Their customer service representatives said that the warehouse needs to confirm I was shipped the wrong machine. I sent proof, but I'm getting the run around. I'm going to initiate a charge back with my credit card company.

Tineco shipped me a Floor One wet/dry vacuum instead of the carpet one cruiser I ordered. I provided the verification they asked to prove I received the wrong machine such as a photos, serial number etc. A week later customer is still waiting for the warehouse to agree that was sent the wrong machine. By the way, their calls are answered in Asia and not at Central Standard Time as listed on their website. The time difference makes it impossible to speak to a supervisor during their business hours because its nighttime there. My requests for a supervisor to call me back have not been answered and their customer service representative has no idea when they will hear from the warehouse. I would like to receive the machine I actually ordered and this wet/dry vacuum picker at my home via UPS call tag.

Tineco shipped the wrong machine. I ordered the Carpet One Cruiser carpet cleaner from their website, but I received a Tineco Floor One Wet/Dry vacuum cleaner instead. I called Tineco’s customer service number hoping to get a resolution quickly. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. Their representatives put me through an arduous, time consuming, multi-step verification process to prove to their satisfaction that I received the wrong machine (I'll revisit that topic later). According to their rep, the only way to verify that I received the wrong machine was by verifying its serial number which happened to be on the machine’s water tank in the sealed box. To acquire that serial number, I had to open the box, pull out the water tank where the serial number was located, and read it out loud to him. That was asking a lot especially since it wasn’t my mistake. I suggested that it would be more convenient for me if I could send him photos clearly showing that the box contained a wet/dry vacuum without opening the box. He insisted that I open the box. Apparently, my word that I was sent the wrong machine accompanied by photos of the box to prove it was not enough to satisfy their verification process. I had no choice but to open the box, unpack it, and pull out the water tank so I could read him the serial number. As I repacked the box, guess what I discovered, the serial number, model number, and other verification information were on two labels on the bottom of the box. Their rep wasted time and energy by insisting that I needed to open that box to get verification information on the outside of the box. After successfully jumping those hurdles, I was told I would receive an email that contained a shipping label. When it arrived, I was instructed to take the machine to the nearest UPS location to ship it back to them. When they received their wet/dry mop, then they would finally ship my order. Since I thought I had been inconvenienced enough by their frustrating machinations thus far, I asked them to issue a call tag so UPS could pick the machine from my home to avoid lugging it to their location myself. I also requested that their return and my order be shipped using overnight shipping so each unit could be sent and received in a timely manner. Those requests have been escalated to someone in another department before they can be OK’d. It's been two business days and counting without any word from Tineco customer service. Now, I'm out of money, have no carpet cleaner, nor do I have any idea of when this matter will be resolved. Meanwhile,Tineco customer service wasn’t done with me yet. I received an email hours later thanking me for providing their rep the verification information he asked for, but it wasn’t enough to verify that I received the wrong machine. Since I had resealed the box, I sent what I thought were three pertinent photos of the outside of the box that would verify it was a wet/ dry vacuum. One photo had a drawing of the wet/dry vacuum. The second photo showed the two stickers on the bottom of the box I described earlier with the serial number etc,and the third photo showed the label Tineco Floor One vacuum in huge print emblazoned across the box. That wasn’t enough. They acquired more photos to complete their verification process, so I was asked to email them photos of all the sides of the box which I did. To my utter disbelief, the next email they sent me asked me to unseal the box again and take photos of all the pieces of the vacuum to ensure to their satisfaction nothing was missing enough they knew I had repacked it. If I hadn't been forced to open it in the first place it wouldn’t have been necessary for them to ask me to check that the pieces were all there. I did it anyway because I want my rug cleaner. I don't recommend buying anything from them. I won't be buying another product from them after this experience. Its one week later and customer service told me they're still waiting for their warehouse to confirm that I received the wrong machine. My requests to speak to a supervisor about this matter have not been answered. My attempts to contact a supervisor during the Central Standard Time hours of operation stated on their website have not been successful because the time difference is not accurate. I learned that their company is located in Asia where there is at least a 12 hour time difference between us. When I called at 9:30 am EST, it was 9:30 pm at night there. They do have people who answer their phones, but they're not much help. I'm supposed to get a call from a supervisor at 3:30 pm EST today. I hope it gets resolved.

This machine does a great job cleaning and the drying feature is awesome. It's getting 3 stars because of a couple of flaws. 1. The cord is short and not long enough to clean a moderate sized room without shuffling around the outlets a few times. 2. While the water tank looks large the actual usable space is rather small and this requires several fill ups to finish cleaning a room. In addition with the dual compartment layout of the tank it traps air bubbles and makes it a little difficult to fully fill up. 3. The included self cleaning tray is difficult to form a water tight seal. I have to jiggle the machine around in the tray to get a tight seal. If not it will spill water all over the place when self cleaning. Additionally, water will slowly drip out of the water tank over time into the tray, fill the tray, and leak onto the floor. So I have to make sure to store the device empty.

You know you’re an adult when you get this excited over a carpet cleaner! I knew this carpet cleaner was going to be good, but I didn’t expect it to, knock my socks off good! It brought our carpet back to life. We usually deep clean our carpets once every few months and was shocked at how much dirt was hidden deep in our carpets! (We have pets) I’ve never “wanted” to clean our carpets until now, no back ache afterwards (this machine literally does all the work) and when the machine spoke to me, no lie I jumped. (Wasn’t expecting that) Needless to say, this machine is worth the investment and we’ve been raving about it to all of our friends and family. I’m disappointed that for the money I spent, not only is this very loud, but it’s not as effective at cleaning and drying as advertised. I used it on my carpet this morning when my dogs left a little tinkle. After 20 minutes, I’m not entirely sure it removed the stain and certainly left the carpet damp, not fully dried. It’s so loud that it made the whole experience annoying. I’m not sure I can get a refund because I don’t have the box anymore. It’s a real bummer.

I was so excited to get this. A little disappointed though. Not great for old stains. Love the drying capability. Not sure what the wifi part does at it does not connect to 5G. Didn’t see this in the description. The voice part isn’t much. Just tells you which mode you’re in and to empty your dirty water tank. Also loop sensor doesn’t seem very accurate. I recommend buying the cheaper model since the functions added to the more expensive model don’t work (5G) or are not necessary. Overall I’m glad I bought it for the drying capability. Also customer service has not responded to email sent a week ago.

After owning a floor cleaner for over a year, this was next on my wish list. We had a puppy and now two kittens plus 3 little boys with a new home. With lots of allergies from pet dander, you can imagine how much cleaning I do. I had another brand carpet cleaner to remove potty accidents from the pets and while at same time potty training my youngest. The carpet was quickly destroyed. To add fuel to the fire, my old carpet cleaner wasn't doing a very good job. Cleaning the dirt bucket was a pain, the vacuum would wreak with urine and leak constantly. It was a nightmare. This one my husband and I put it to a test, we used uv light to inspect the house(boy were we surprised the old cleaner didn't fully remove the stains from our previous puppy). Then we used this Tineco Carpet one pro smart carpet cleaner and we were blown away. No stains were left behind after checking with uv light. I love how easy it is to move it around the house, doesn't take a lot of energy out of me, especially after a bad accident that causes a lot of pain to move my shoulder and arm. Although, carrying it up and down the stairs my husband helps. I am a huge fan of the technology portion, how well it dries the carpet and senses when it hits 100% or 25% or 50%. There is 3 different modes, regular, max(my favorite!!) Or dry. I love the reminders when it's time to add clean water with tineco cleaner(2 cups of the solution with water) or when it's time to clean the nasty, dirty water. The dirty water became a fascinating thing for my boys to see how dirty the water is which equates to how dirty our carpet was. Not to mention my middle son and I breathe much better, my husband is raving about how nice our house smells now(thanks to Tineco solution). It's very easy to connect to Tineco application. You can adjust the volume through the app. You can also change the language to German, Spanish, French, and English if you prefer something different. It would be great to see in Russian, Ukrainian and few other languages that are a lot more common. But not a deal breaker. It also comes with a cord to clean the staircase or couches/upholstery. Super convenient, however it doesn't come with a storage bag to keep the used cord or accessories. Instead on instructions it's asking me to place it in a shipping plastic bag. Could use improvement on that part.

Great product. Watching the online video reviews made step up and clean up very easy. Cleaned 10 rooms in about four hours with no issues. Great suction, removed most of the water. Drying feature does assist with drying. Carpet was still slightly damp when i finished, but completely dry about 5 hours after application. A few observations: 1) Just use max mode. The eco mode is a waste of time. 2) Used Bissell Pro Max Clean solution to clean the last three rooms and the Bissell solution worked a little better at cleaning than the Tineco solution. I put the bissell solution into the tineco cap to help ensure I didn't use too much solution. 3) Carpet looking better now compared to previous professional cleaning from oxi fresh carpet cleaning service. 4) The cheapest version (icarpet) has the same cleaning capability as the most expensive version (carpet one pro). 5) Plan to use again for annual cleaning, highly recommended.

This lil guy was delicious and an hour ago. I've already used it in my living room. I knew my carpet was dirty but I didn't expect to be so shocked at the amount of dirt and dog hair this small but mighty cleaner pulled up. We'd been borrowing a Rug Doctor from a friend for a bit but the carpet hasn't been cleaned for a few months. The Rug Doctor NEVER gave me such a satisfying dirty water dump. This lil cleaner is also much easier to clean up after, too. Smaller and easier to carry around. I took some advice from another review and got the less expensive option and I also ran it on the max mode. I did have to dump water and add more clean water a few times but it was pretty easy... Overall, I'm happy
