This vacuum just doesn't pick up all the dust on the floor...have to go over it with a swiffer.

This Timeco didn't disappoint as it as good as the original vacuum we purchased. It's as good as a D!$@" but does cost less but its not cheap either. But for the price, it is worth the money you're spend this unit. You'll also notice the quality and details built into vacuum as you use it. 5🌟

Vacuuming is a pleasure with this Tineco! It's powerful and the 3 power levels handle all my flooring----battery is long lasting---not having to empty the dust bin after each use is such a treat! The green light shows up dirt not seen with the naked eye. This vacuum out does my Dyson tremendously. Thank you Tineco!

I like the way the vacuum works cleaning the floors and the recharging stand, but so far the self cleaning mode is a big disappointment. The filter does not come clean and I have to take it apart and remove clinging dust and hair. This really defeats the purpose of self cleaning and I could have just stuck with Dyson or LG which cleaned the floors just as well.

the amount of dust and dirt this picks up. I am sure it will help with our breathing problems; after only 1 light cleaning OF 2 ROOMS, I have emptied the dust bin 2 times. This is after paying for a deep cleaning a week ago. I wish I had this years earlier. It is light, flexible, and SO EASY TO USE, I am just AMAZED. It is easy to change the ends from carpet to wood floors, to furniture, to crevice, or many other attachments. I can't believe that with only a click and a change of heads, I can go from carpet to furniture. Also, the carpet tool will fit UNDER all the dressers and couches that have never been able to be cleaned. It is WONDERFUL to not be attached to a cord. This has better suction than my corded vacuums, and it is SO MUCH EASIER TO USE!! They include 2 batteries, so if one gives out during a LONG cleaning, you have another one to use. Actually, the first battery I used came with the unit, and who knows how long it had sat on the shelf before sending it out. Obviously, I am impressed, but better than just looking for dust, I am breathing SO MUCH EASIER!!

Okay, so long term Dyson user. Have had several of the stick vacuums, most recently the V10. I only get about 2 years (if that) out of them. I think the design is poor and the machines get so clogged with micro dust they just really fail. So the V10 finally died and I got tired of spending $700 every few years and started researching Tineco. Let me tell you I am so happy I did because this vacuum is AMAZING. First of all, we have 2 large dogs that are inside 90% of the time and live in the desert. So, lots and lots of dirt. The amount of fine dust this thing picks up is mind blowing. The filter is so easy to clean!!! The attachments are great and the main cleaner head is really all you need - it works great on hard floor and carpet. I leave it on auto mode and can clean my entire house (2,980sqft) on one battery. I use the second one to get into crevices and do dusting on shelves etc. My ONLY complaint is the dust bin is TINY - I have to empty it several times and if you don’t then you kind of have to dig the hair out of it which is yuck. But I’ll take that negative for all the positives and the amazing performance it has.

I have six dogs, and this product didn't get the job done. It is well made and I was impressed with build quality and operation. The iLoop feature just didn't power up the vacuum to deal with the dog hair. In a normal household that doesn't have three long hair dogs this would be a great product. I returned the vacuum after a month of use.

After watching different videos of vacuum cleaners, the Tineco had the features I was looking for; great Hepa filter, little to no dust spread from exhaust, light on the head, great suction. I have had the vacuum for 3 weeks and vacuumed everyday, as I feel it is actually doing something each time I use it. Costly, but to me, worth it.

I bought this for the smooth floor attachment to use on my vintage/antique area rugs. The power mate’s brush is to damaging to the fibers. Otherwise, it is not much better and, in fact, not as good as my Tineco A 11 Hero Cordless vacuum that I bought over 2 years ago! The ability of this vacuum does not allow it to suck up crumbs, etc. on the side of the wand’s power mate or smooth roller mate. Also, the charging station is very sensitive to use because I will not screw them into my walls or woodwork so I have to leave them on the floor for charging, but the A 11 Hero allows me, too! And with the A 11 also charged both batteries at the same time, but this one doesn’t—only one at a time! There are a lot more attachments than with the A 11 and I do like that! But for the money, unless you want the smooth wand attachment, I would pass on it and buy a less expensive model!

Had this vacuum for a month and it's been great. All the accessories that come it are very useful and with the 2nd battery we never have to worry about not being able to finish the house. We've had cordless vacuums before and this one is in a league of it's own; we're very glad we bought it.

I was overwhelmed at first with all the parts, but this thing has been great! We charged all the batteries overnight then then BAM! Off to the races! I will admit that on our bedroom carpet, I cranked up the suction to max (thinking it would be better) but the suction was so strong that it wouldn’t move! I was disappointed but once we switched it to auto, this thing was amazing!! I have carpet in the bedrooms, laminate in the office and tile in the main living area and kitchen. I used this in our ENTIRE house on just one battery on AUTO and it worked perfect. This is exactly what I wanted!!

First off the machine is great. The vacuum itself works great, I have 4 dogs and this helps me keep up with the hair. The machine I received did not self clean. I contacted customer service and they provided suggestions to get it to work. However, it was determined the base was defective. They sent me a box to return the machine and the shipping label. Then sent a new machine to me and this one works perfectly! Customer service was very helpful and nice, which seems to be hard to come by these days. I would purchase additional Tineco products based off my experience and the quality of their products!

Well, it is simply amazing. It dumps itself, cleans itself. This is my second pinecone vacuum, had my last one so long I bought a battery for it and have it to my daughter then I bought this gem. This vacuum will adjust its intensity according to the dirt on the floor, it cleans extremely well. Getting out a crazy amount of things from a rug that looks clean. I would buy this before any other kind yes I have a Dyson. This is better.
