How do I use it: Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 1.5 seconds to power the device on or off. When powered on for the first time, negative ions are automatically activated -- the blue light band on the display indicates this. To turn off the ion function, press the Ion Button (the blue light will turn off). The default temperature is 360F, and the device remembers your last used temperature setting. The brush automatically shuts off after 30 minutes of inactivity. However, always unplug it after use. Adjust the temperature using the Temperature Setting Button according to your hair type: 270F for soft/thin hair; 300F for fine/bleached hair; 330F for dyed/dark-colored hair; 360F for slightly curly hair; and 390F to 420F for thick/curly/wavy hair. Wash, dry, and comb your hair thoroughly. Divide your hair into sections. Select an appropriate temperature for your hair type. Place a section of hair between the brush teeth near the roots. Glide the brush smoothly from root to tip. Repeat until all sections are straightened as desired.
