Bought mine as soon as I seen an ad... got it delivered yesterday and used it... took my straightening time from 45 minutes to an hour....down to about 15 minutes... and I hate to say it but my hair wasn't completely dry...it was about 80% dry but I had to leave for work so I risked it... but yea... 15 mins to straighten and it was just as straight as when i use a flat iron but had way more life to it! After an 8 hour work shift with it up in a pony tail, and a total of 12 hours after using it, my hair was still straight with not even a pony tail hump! I..love it! So glad I purchased it.

First starters I received the wrong item and they quickly sent me the correct one . Once I tried it I was amazed at how smooth and straight it left my hair . Do keep in mind if you have thicker hair you do have to do it in smaller sections, but even then it didn’t take long to do my whole head . My hair is wavy and past my shoulders a bit .

Overall very good hot tool I would say that because my hair is very curly and friz and a bit dry it took longer to leave my hair completely straight and friz controlled. ·Press the power icon button for 3-5 seconds; the tool will begin to heat.

·Once the tool begins to heat up, lock will engage in 3-5 seconds (as shown by a lock icon on display and "LOC" when you move the dial in its locked state). Numerals will blink until chosen heat setting is reached.

·To select a different temperature, rotate the dial counterclockwise THEN IMMEDIATELY clockwise, to disengage the temperature lock. Then choose your heat setting by turning the dial clockwise to increase temperature or counterclockwise to decrease temperature.

·Apply your L'ange heat protectant of choice.

·Select a manageable section of hair - the section can be as wide as the tool, with a thickness of 1/2" to 1", depending on hair density and curl pattern.

·Position the tool on top of the section of hair, starting close to the root. Slowly glide it down the hair, applying tension by keeping the hair close to the base for maximum smoothness.

·Depending on the curl pattern of your hair, an additional pass may be desired.
