I’m not actually rating the product as I never received my sandals! I’m rating the UPS delivery that couldn’t find my house (although I’ve ordered from QVC several times) and sent my sandals to an alternate pickup store. It’s simple, if I wanted to pick them up, I wouldn’t have delivery. The price was fantastic and I truly wanted my sandals, but on my terms not UPS’s! P.S. pickup was 20 minutes from my home.
