I was taking vit D alone up until about a month ago. Not sure how well the combination is working yet but I feel better overall. I do take a lot of our supplements also, it’s hard to say if the improvement is related to one specific one. My opinion it’s that it’s the combination of all.

I love that this Vitamin D is clean and doesn’t have fillers! I’m assuming the absorption is great because I was low on vitamin D…. and since I have been taking it my vitamin D is finally in the normal range…I feel much better and that’s a plus for me!
