This is a great supplement to help detox and promote regularity. I use it as needed. It is not harsh and does not create urgency to eliminate, but instead helps elimination naturally while detoxing the body. Highly recommend!

I was diagnosed with a hereditary LDL condition and now have early coronary artery disease. I was was put on Atorvastatin and Ezemitibe. I am 62, normal weight and exercise extensively. Because of the statins, my liver enzymes increased to about 2. 5 times my normal and was in the red zone. I read about TUDCA and thought I'd give it a try. My current readings are now back to normal!!! My cardiologist said keep taking the supplment. I am sooo pleased!!

I'm not really reviewing this product, but just hoping it's doing what it's supposed to do. How can I tell it's working?I've been taking it for a year or more? I'm 73 & not jaundiced. When I die, I guess we'll find out if it worked! It says to take it on days I don't drink. . . . what day is that??? I only drink one drink a day & I make it a sufficient one :-) Anyway, I take 2 caps every morning.
