I was having some major health issues that no one could figure out but appeared like an autoimmune type issue. Within two weeks of being on this product my swelling had went down and the mobility issues I was having have almost completely gone away. I did my research beforehand to find a pure and quality berberine supplement and I could not be more happy with this product!

I started taking Berberine after hearing about it on Andrew Huberman's podcast. I have not been diagnosed with Diabetes, but I have all the symptoms of Insulin Resistance. Berberine is supposed to help with that. Blood Glucose was down significantly after 3 weeks of taking this. I also noted that sugar/carb cravings are not as strong.

After taking berberine, I’ve seen a difference in my diabetes actually, my doctor is saying that I am no longer at the level where I will be a diabetic. I’m at prediabetes status. I’m a continue to take the product. Hopefully, I can get my A1c down under five and keep it that way. Working on losing the weight and changing my diet has helped.
