I have been taking it and first thing I observed was my bp had a good drop- I am not sure yet. I think need to give it time. I will say that I was terrified of the treadmill test but passed it!! yay. Dr says no observable signs of heart issue. My regular MD was insisting on statins bc of a 2 pt over average in cholesterol reading in the bad cholesterol. I cut down sugar and started Berberine. Working well so far.

I hope it is working. Took Natto in hopes to heal from covid issues and prevent or shrink clotting. Lot of research has been done on Natto so Im in hope that it is working. Im still alive. Pills are better than the taste of actually eating Fermented soybeans.
