I started taking this to help with mitochondrial function & experienced an unexpected increase in strength after about a week that was very noticeable. I have ckd so taking it in a split dose helped greatly as it’s a little harder on the kidneys than Thorne brand but also didn’t notice an increase in strength with Thorne brand like I did with double wood NMN.
