I don’t know what I expected but for the expense I expected a lot more. I have an old much cheaper massager I call Thumper that does almost the same thing. You really can’t set it to do a gentle massage.

The Prime model was too heavy for me and the Sense, which is just a bit lighter, is working quite well. I thought the handle would be hard to hold since my hand is quite small but I can manage it and the relief I am getting is worth it. I have used all of the tips and like them all, especially the standard and micro point.
