I really like this product, except I need to charge the battery for it way too often. I turn it completely off when not using. I use it maybe 3 times and it runs out of battery. Very disappointing.

Enjoy the mini, but quite disgusted that after the price paid for the unit, I had to spend additional funds so that charging could be completed via a 110v wall adaptor for the wall outlet. The USBC cord for charging requires an accessory for the USBC cord to have this accessory to charge the unit. Not a reason to return the unit to you, as the piece needed did not break the bank, but just a cheap shot when the unit arrived. Not a hard problem to solve, but a true pain in time & money to have to round up the time and accessories to charge a product that was paid in full for. . . A CHRISTMAS PRESENT!

This was a gift for my boyfriend. He takes his original theragun everywhere, on vacations, day trips, etc. I got this small version hoping we wouldn’t have to pack and carry the larger heavier theragun and it has been a win so far! I expected the mini to have less power than the full sized Theragun, but this is so weak I barely feel it. I bought it to bring with me to a 3-day tennis program, and it ended up being useless for my needs. Feels off-brand, since Theragun built its reputation on power,, but I get that there are probably just mechanical realities when you make something so small.

Very dissatisfied! I do not like only communicating through email without the ability to discuss a problem. The first purchase I made was supposed to be canceled. The charge a was for $170. I was told I would only be refunded $159. , which was the amount of my replacement purchase and as of now I have not been refunded anything at all.
