I really like my mask overall, it feels high quality and I’ve genuinely been enjoying using it as part of my skincare routine. The light therapy settings are great, and it’s very relaxing.
That said, I was expecting the massage/vibration to be a bit stronger. It’s not bad, but I definitely wish it had a more powerful massage option.
Also, one thing that’s a little tedious is that you can’t set just one light mode for the full 12 minutes. The red, infrared, and blue lights only run for 4 minutes each, so you’re forced to cycle through them instead of choosing the one you want for longer.
Still, it’s a great mask and I’m happy with it, just a couple small improvements would make it perfect!

I've really been enjoying my TheraFace Mask Glo. I typically use it 3-5 times per week and love the fact that it has 3 settings (red, red+infrared, blue), making it easy and simple to use. I used to get deep acne on my chin and jawline but after I started using my mask Glo I've seen a surprising improvement in the quality of my skin! One of my favorite features is that it covers the nose and lips, which makes the treatment feel more complete without missing any areas. This mask is very user-friendly, fits comfortably, and has a clean design.

It’s been a month of using the mask and I love how long the mask runs for, I plug it in every night now because it does seem to die fast. I can see the positive results from using it. Although I need more Velcro to make the mask tighter, and it is a bit heavy. It sits on the face pretty good but, I don’t want my skin being dragged down. I think more length of the Velcro would help with that, but I could still walk around and do things in it and it wouldn’t fall off, if you’re bending down or something. It does leave marks around my eyes though and for me that’s the biggest complaint, I have to do it at night bc there have been times that I woke up and would still have those marks around my eyes.

This is the second red light therapy mask I've purchased. The first one was a lot cheaper, but I liked it and decided to invest in another one. I've only been using this one for a couple of weeks, but so far I'm impressed. It fits nicely, I like the head massage feature, and it is comfortable. I use it every day and I can feel a difference in my skin despite it being early days. My only negative comment is that I have not figured out how not to use the blue light. I only want to utilize the other two settings but have been unable to figure out how to do that. I would have also liked a small leaflet with written instructions too. Overall, it's been a positive experience.

I love this face mask. I have read and researched many others. I am a detailed person and I love the fact that this one was lighter weight, had three stages, a massager. It’s very comfortable and easy to use.

The mask doesn't get my crow's feet area, and I wish it covered more neck and under chin. Lights seem strong enough and def helps my skin. The straps should be more customizable, and removable. I also hate that the vibration always turns on- wish you could turn on the mask without having to turn it off every time. I don't find the vibration enjoyable- just feels like your head is on a buzzing machine. I also don't like that there is no battery indicator- it just dies on you mid-treatment. It is a little heavy and will leave marks on your face where the eye protectors are.

I have acne prone skin. I've tried every supplement, skincare product, facial, diet, and "best practice" under the sun. I've been using this everyday since I got it and my skin is the clearest its been in months. Worth every penny.

I have to say though that I bought this as a gift for my wife and it so happen she also bought one for herself for Xmas but it was like a cheaper brand so I compared the two of them and what a huge difference. The therabody is on a different level/scale, there was no comparing So at this time she is enjoying it and we are waiting for 4 weeks or so to go by to see the results. But 1 thing is it gives her some peace when she has it on cause our kids don’t bother her.

This isn't intended to bash Therabody, but if I were asked whether I'd recommend the Theramask Glo, based solely on my initial experience, and the subsequent customer service response, I would say no. Why? Because if you don't demand, or damn near litigate why you should receive a replacement, Therabody responds as though you should be content with the faulty one that they sent you.
On Dec 21, 2025, I purchased a Theramask Glo from Therabody (it was discounted, as well as 2 day free shipping). It was delivered on Dec 23rd- and that has been my only positive experience with the company and the Theramask. I was Very effusive and spoke positively about its design and feel. Even the packaging was nicely done. Upon opening, there was the man, and located below were the user manual/warranty info, and charging cable.
I read the user manual and charged the mask before using- as recommended. After I did that (which only took approximately 10-15mins;a green light indicator shows when it's fully charged), I cleaned my face and neck area, patted day, then proceed to turn the mask on, placed it onto my face, and adjust the straps to hold it all in place. Next, I pressed the button on the right side of the mask to activate and the red light of the sequence and the head adjustment straps began to vibrate simultaneously. Although I didn't mind it at first, I reached for the button on the left side of the mask to turn off the vibration feature; it was a little distracting, but still a nice feature. The mask makes an audible beep as it cycles through the light modes- and that's when I first noticed something was wrong.
I loosened the straps and removed the mask, and manually cycled through the light therapy modes to confirm what I noticed- the second mode, RedLlight+NIR, didn't turn on. Or, to stated better, the mask didn't emit the same unmistakable slight purple-ish tint during Red+NIR mode that I had seen on Therabody's on site, as well as countless YouTube videos and marketing photos. As Infrared light is invisible to the human, I couldnt tell whether the masks' NIR was working or not. All I knew on my first occasion using the mask, right out of the box, was that it wasn't functioning as it was advertised to.
I took photos of the problem, and emailed them to the support email Therabody provided (there's no 800 number), along with a detailed explanation of what happened. It was disappointing enough to open a brand new package to discover a flawed and defective mask. But what further compounded the disappointment was the customer service response. I received a reply from Karen where after describing what was essentially a faulty mask, she replied "Regarding the light colors and indicators you’re seeing, everything shown in the images you provided appears completely normal. ". It was as if she didn't even bother to read my description of what happened. If I hadn't sent a follow up email DEMANDING a replacement or refund, it seeming wouldn't have to Karen or whomever to initiate a replacement. Customer service shouldn't be that difficult, or so easy to fumble and get wrong.
Eventually, someone else did reach out and setup the return/replacement. But as of this writing, it's Jan 05, 2026 and, the replacement is scheduled to arrive on Jan 09. Without intending to sound overly demanding nor entitled, I thought (even asked) that Therabody could provide two shipping on the replacement; it seems reasonable since it was through no fault of my own that I received a faulty mask.

It’s heavy on my nose bridge. I don’t like the preset. I just want red and near infrared. Also the fit is just weird. Lights should be as close as possible - big gaps around chin , and leaves marks on nose.
