After a workout I laid the mat out on my bed and southed away all my tension. This is a great way to relax in order to fall asleep as well. You can target a single area, or I like to set it for full body, turn up the intensity, set it to kneading, or pulsating, close my eyes and let it take away all the stress of the day. The sound helps my mind to relax as well, like a sleep machine. It’s well worth the money.
