Would like to think it’s a few things that have improved my skin and mental health but am a firm believer that superyou has a MAJOR part. I’ve been taking it for 3 months now and have really felt a noticeable difference to my mood and anxiety levels. I have a 3 month old baby as well as a toddler, and this really helps me mellow out and think clearly. I will definitely keep taking it!

For me, the taste is almost unbearable 🤢, but it is very quickly washed away by eating or brushing my teeth! I have noticed a general sense of calm since taking these and can’t attribute it completely to SuperYou, but I can tell it has definitely been helping!

I was skeptical. I had tried adaptogenic coffees and even CHD, magnesium, etc. I feel like I’ve always been able to handle stress pretty well- but TWO, TWO YEARS OLDS- really is a different type of stress. Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t trade being at home with them for anything/ but between post partum hormones and my age (32)- I just feel like I needed a little help. I take two every morning and am about half way through the second bottle and totally tell a difference in my “snapping” mom moments. I am grateful and pray that as I continue things will only get better. Cannot wait to try other Moon Juice products!

This is the only product that has good ingredients compared to other stress pills I’ve seen. I’m not sure if it really helps me but I will continue to take this. My husband says it helps him.

I've been taking these for about a year now and I still remember them taking a few days to take full effect initially. I feel better emotionally equipped to deal with stressful triggers. This has really helped with some of the side effects I experience from both immunotherapy chemo and my hashimotos thyroiditis. I had a baby early this year. I suffered health issues after delivery, and I was breastfeeding. I made the hard choice to stop breastfeeding after six months. If you’ve had a baby, maybe you can remember how crazy your hormones were especially when breastfeeding the highs and lows are insane. Its not as glamorous as everyone says it is. I say all of this to say this after I stopped breastfeeding I started taking Super you again ( I started taking Super you a few months before I found out I was pregnant) and I can stand behind this product 1000%. My energy and mood have been well balanced. I feel like me again. This was a quick turn around typically women say they don’t feel like themselves till about a year after delivery! I've been using Super You for a couple of years now, and I really believe it helps me. I'm post-menopausal, and I'm not on any hormones. Since taking Super You, I feel good - not really any hot flashes (very rare), I sleep well, my mood is good, I don't feel the brain fog as much. I will continue to take Super You rather than get on hormones!

I have been taking Super You on and off for a couple years now. Whenever I went through lulls without it, I noticed a dip in my moods and hormones, especially around my period. I have always struggled with having intense periods, PMS, cramping, and my biggest arch nemesis- brain fog! But I noticed a major improvement when my PMS symptoms showed up less severe and more manageable each month when I was taking Super You. Additionally, my focus and energy levels overall have been stellar! I have been so much more productive and happier since I started taking these every month and my periods and hormones have been more regulated and easy!!
