As some with severe neck and back injuries I needed something portable and comfortable. I had a tens machine prior but with all the wires, I was forced to sit still. Beyond the portability, it heats up fast (3 settings) and the control wheel for power levels is easily accessible. Works like a charm!

I have had a neck fusion and now have developed stenosis. I am pleasantly surprised with this device. It is easy to use. I really like the warming feature. The pulse feature is similar to what I have had with a TENS unit. It is easy to regulate. I would recommend.
