I find Gut Guardian an easy way to improve Gut Health, and the watermelon/mint taste is exactly as described. I mix Gut Guardian with Vitamin C powder and resveratrol which becomes my morning orange juice. I even did a video on that mixture for Tik Tok. As far as how well it works. I think I would need a bit more time to tell. I’ve been taking it for almost a month. I’m sure it’s helping. It has great ingredients. I showed it to my doctor and she explained what each ingredient is good for. I’m 6 months post partum and my digestion is finally starting to get better. As far as the taste, I got the strawberry kiwi. I like how it’s not overpowering with just a touch of sweetness but it needs a lil tart to balance it out. It’s not good on its own but I had a few splashes of lemon juice and a few shakes of mineral salt and it tastes really good.

I was struggling with regularity and severe bloating even though I was taking probiotic pills. I was willing to try something new with hopes it would help. I gave Gut Guardian Digestive Support Mix a chance. I surprisingly enough went with the lemon ginger flavor, not a big ginger fan, but I thought I’m taking this to help me have regular bowel movements and sometimes getting flavored powders can be hit or miss so I thought let me keep it simple. The ginger taste is very mild which I loved! I’ve been taking it everyday to start my morning. I am on my second bottle now and I feel great energetic, and less bloated. I have a bowel movement every morning now sometimes even before I have my daily cup. Some days I have two. Love this product, I recommended it to my friends and family.
