I can’t express how grateful I am to have found this company and for their amazing customer service. Due to things in our personal lives we decided to elope and made our special day for June. This site was brought to my attention and I decided right then and there this would be the ring I buy for my fiancé. He served in the Army just like my late father whom passed away last March. In the process of ordering the ring I accidentally ordered the wrong size. In a panic days later after realizing it I reached out to customer service for help. Knowing I only had so much time to get the ring doing an exchange would mean more time that we didn’t have. After reaching out to them they got back to me quickly and let me know they would help fix this issue. I can’t tell you how relieved I was.
