Unfortunately, within a second of opening the box and seeing the watch, I knew it was something I couldn't gift and had to return. I was so excited after see the reviews but the wooden area of the watch looked chipped and cracked in various locations, nothing like the pictures.

I give five stars how gorgeous the watch is but negative stars for customer service and operational quality. I was gifted this watch in June of 23. It stopped working after about a year. Took it to my jeweler for a cleaning, worked for a couple weeks, stopped again. Went to jeweler, new battery. Stopped again. Suggested repair would exceed the price of a new one. Tried to communicate with OG to no avail. Gave up. Tried to send it for repair twice, to addresses on your web site, came back as "office vacant". But now like an IDIOT I buy another same watch because it is so effing gorgeous and on great sale. IT QUIT WORKING IN THREE WEEKS!

I really love this watch. Everyone has a silver watch with a black or blue face, but this one is just unique. The wood details look amazing and I really like the color of the metal parts. It’s a comfortable watch to wear too which is great. I saw this company through social media advertisements and went for it and I’m not disappointed.
