Bought this watch and had it engraved as an anniversary gift for my husband. He has worn it for less than a week and the paint is chipping off and a the casing chipped literally as he was putting it on. I’m so disappointed because he loved it when I gave it to him. I will be seeking a refund or an exchange at the very least.

I just recently purchased a military stonewashed steel altera from you guys with a customized engravement on the back. A few things I was disappointed in was the engravement isn’t centered. It really makes the engravement look terrible without it being centered. Also for a veteran owned company who claims each watch is different and custom made in house, there was a made in china tag on it which is also truly disappointing. I guess just another couple of veterans using their veteran title to push sales and gain support. Overall from a guy who likes his luxury watches,I got this one to match up with some of the olive green shirts I have and to kind of have a nice piece to honor my military service, for a inexpensive piece it feels and looks like a a low end luxury watch, along the lines of a movado, but overall just disappointed in those few things I mentioned

It's a really nice looking watch. And unlike my other OriginalGrain watch, this one keeps the time without needing to adjust it daily. That said....I got this watch about 5 months ago and the paint/finish is already chipping off. I'd expect more from this brand. Bummer to hear that this isn't part of the warranty. I'll stick to brands from now on that stand behind their products more completely.

Very cool design. Professional looking amd great conversation starter. Definitely needed to install one extra link that was included. Original shipment somehow got lost in "Amazon Shipping" network. Original Grain shipped a new product USPS which arrived very quickly at no additional cost to me. Very good customer service! Thank you.

The watch itself looks great however, the back of this watch was supposed to have a custom engraving. This engraving is what made this Christmas gift so special for my son and my husband. The engraving was an additional $19 on top of the cost of the watch which was paid for and I purchased 2 watches both with the additional engraving cost. That was not received and now customer service has been unresponsive. I’ve attempted multiple times to get someone to respond to get this issue resolved and can’t get an email back. There’s no phone number to speak with anyone. Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer support after spending this much money on watches I will not purchase from this company again and I will also not refer business to this company. Very very disappointed!

It is a beautiful piece. I got it because of the story behind it and being made from old military crates! I thought this would be such a cool gift for my airman. Leaving 4/5 stars because I was a little disappointed with the “made in china” tag. I thought this was buying local (my bad!) still beautiful work.

First impressions, the watch seems good. However, I am very disappointed of the "Made in China" tag. For the themes and mission of the company, I feel these should be made in the USA... or at least somewhere other than China. Unfortunately, I won't be recommending this product for that reason.

It was easy to order and easy to custom engrave. I thought it would take much longer to get since it was being engraved, but I received in a very timely matter. I bought this as a gift and have yet to give it. My initial reaction is that I think he is going to like it. Love the box it came in. Thank you.
