I finally pulled the trigger on this watch that I’ve had my eye on for almost two years now. I’ve never been a big watch guy or spent this much money on a watch before but I absolutely love it! It fits perfectly, looks awesome and couldn’t be happier with it. Just wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to buy it. Highly recommended!!

I ordered this watch as a Christmas present and paid extra money to have it engraved. The engrave was incorrect as was shown on the invoice. I sent two emails, a Facebook message and an Instagram message and never got any response as this was a Christmas gift. I’m very very disappointed in this company’ customer service. There is no other way to contact them as there is no phone number listed anywhere on their correspondence and no one is replying to the emails they have sent so I’m leaving this review. I’m still hoping with five days left that I might be able to hear something from them, but at this point, I’m going to have to give the gift with the incorrect engraving. Very, very disappointing.

Original Grain advertised a collaboration with Jack Daniels. The advertisement on Instagram clearly shows a gorgeous watch with Original Grain's brand name AND Jack Daniels brand name AND the "Old no. 7" logo, all on the face of the watch. The item I received only has Original Grain's brand info on it. This was pretty disappointing, considering what I (and EVERY OTHER CONSUMER drawn in by this ad) saw on Instagram displayed the logos of both companies. It has turned out to be a serious let-down, considering what I payed for this timepiece. I don't appreciate the deception.

Good movement and holds time like a champ, slight concern with the band and the wood inlays, the piece around the bevel has a fair amount of exposed wood that would benefit from a sealant. Chips and nicks on wood is definitely something to consider when you decide to wear it. Definitely a piece I am happy to own, just have concerns with quality of wood inlays an a lack of protective coatings.

Nice looking watch but horrible customer service on issue resolution. I received the watch on 2/21 and liked the watch. Service had been good in the ordering process. I immediately noticed a small chip and emailed support the next day with images. Initially it seemed as if Original Grain would be responsive to the issue. Responses to emails were slow. One response a day but no resolution. I provided my cell number from the outset to make it easy. They suggested a replacement or a credit against another watch. I indicated I was open to that but didn't receive a response for another day. When prompted the Original Grain support person said they looked at the images and it was just how the wood was. I indicated it was a chip and sent the 3 images with it circled as the support person requested. Basically given no option. Emailed founders@originalgrain.com several times to seek some assistance since in one of their advertisements they provided that email. No response at all to that email after several attempts. Today is a full week from me notifying them of an issue without any potential resolution. I've been in sales and client service leadership for over 30 years and understand that we either reinforce our branded or damage it with how we handle issues. This was a major failure on all counts. It's a shame because the marketing and products look good. Now I have to contact the credit card company to contest the transaction. I'm not a difficult customer so this would have been easy to resolve.

The watch looks amazing at first, bought it for a Valentine's gift hoping to keep as a family heirloom which is why we chose the engraving that we did, however, you guys really need to up your engraving game as it came out incredibly wonky looking which now makes the whole watch seem less special. Word sizes vary from line to line and looks terrible.

Received this beautiful timepiece for Father's Day 2024, this is my second OG Grain watch received as a gift. I have now officially put down the "smart watches" for good. I really like the attention to detail , I hope my wife and daughters keep spoiling me with OG watches.
