Recommend installing 8ft on the wall, yet they send a 5ft cable that doesn't reach a standard installed wall outlet. The outlet has to be 5 ft on the wall (WEIRD). When installed on a wall, the camera points downward and pan/tilt view to the left and right, everything views upside down/sideways which is useless. I walked in front of the camera, NO AI tracking it stayed in one position. Now this weird thing is pointed at the ceiling and won't move, even with the 180-degree option. The up pan/tile is very limited, but the down pan/tilt will go further. I tried it on a table as well, but it doesn't tilt enough to view the floor. I thought this was a great camera as the reviews claimed but seeing firsthand, this thing is useless unless you use it to monitor pets, babies, children. Waste of time, returning! I need a good pan/tilt camera that can be installed on the wall, tamper resistant. Anyone can just unplug and steal this thing, I do not recommend, Sorry. I obviously receive a defective camera, but do not want a replacement.

Great product love the 360 view and local recording with no monthly maintenance fee wish it was a big small and it’s a little bit ugly looking but other than that it’s great one more thing I have one of them high on my ceiling and it does not always capture motion 80% of the time it does

The best camera, the best view from the camera I love it. This is my 3rd camera. Definitely recommend. You can even mount it in the ceiling and it rotates the lens so that you can see everything the correct direction

I purchased 3 of these to replace 2 Canary cams, I'm already using 1 Eufy Doorbell cam and another Pro Ring camera. I recommend using 4K cams to get clear videos.

My wife is impressed with the privacy mode... Previously we had a NEXT camera that constantly viewed into our bedroom making her uneasy. Setting the Away mode sets the camera into motion so we can detect if we have any intruders in our home. When returning set the camera to home and it goes back to privacy mode. Looking forward to setting up the Geofencing mode to see how that works.

I'm very impressed with the S350 that I know have 3 to secure my common areas. Video quality is great. I love to see them following me around as well, like a robot puppies. Love the product. Keep it up.

This is a great camera that does everything it says it does. And, it is cute! It would be perfect if it had "eyes" in the back of its head. We have an open floor plan with three exterior doors leading into large open spaces - if the camera had a motion sensor in back and would pan to respond to motion behind it, it would be perfect. We do use the patrol feature but it doesn't provide quite the same coverage.

Seems to be working just fine now for a few weeks. It does a good job identifying people vs dogs passing through the room. It is a bit too sensitive to human motion detection as it keeps picking up motion from our TV about 10 ft away and off to the side slightly. Seems to be more an issue when watching soccer games. The camera is connected to a HomeBase 3, so I will see if reducing the sensitivity helps. I could mark the TV as a privacy zone, but then a warning came up seeming to indicate that there would then be no more motion detection recorded by the camera which seemed inconsistent. I could just turn off motion detection for the same result.
