We really loved the quality of the video, and the night vision infrared, but ours had terrible issues. We primarily needed this for offline use only (local LAN), and it rarely stayed connected. Sometimes while we were moving it, it would move non-stop and disconnect. Sometimes if we went into privacy mode, it would take 30 min to undo it. Since this was a gift, we just trashed it and got something else. When it did work, we liked it, but perhaps either A. we got a dud, or B. the software doesn't work well locally. We have many other eufy products that work flawlessly, so I really think that this one was just faulty.

In the beginning difficulty to connect log in with Eufy App. Then, I was inconvenienced for screenshots, many steps to troubleshoot, had to provide much details, write many times, unfortunately. From October 24 through now I was distressed needing to return the purchase when your Customer Support mary.anne TNW604063513 told me the model i purchased the C210 did not have the micro SD card slot I wanted. The only way to store video recordings was through Eufy cloud storage. Which was why I wanted to return it to buy another model with an SD card slot for local storage. Another Eufy Customer Support ivy.joy was able to ''definitely look into that'' for me. I was told several times for local storage options, the C210 did not support that feature as it had no storage slots. Had to consider Eufy cloud storage service to retain any video footages unfortunately when all these were wrongly told. Not only such an inconvenience, what a waste of time, I still need to purchase 4 more surveillance, definitely not buying Eufy, ever again, as there are plenty other brands around with more trustworthy support from their workers

Great for day or night viewing. Easy to set up what physical area in view to track and what alerts you want. Audio to speak into room with a bit of delay depending on how far away you are. Overall a great choice if you want to start adding a bit of extra security in your home or watching the pets when you're away.

I was a bit hesitant at first due to the low price but this camera is exactly what I wanted and works flawlessly without any problems. Setup was very simple and easy to do unlike past cameras I've had. So far I'm really impressed with this camera and would definitely recommend it. Picture quality is crisp and clear and the cameras pan and tilt function works great. Local storage also so no monthly fees! Just insert a micro SD card and your ready to go!

I've been really happy with this security camera. The 360° Surveillance feature is incredible. It provides a complete view of my home, leaving no blind spots. Another thing that really impresses me is its AI Motion Detect feature. It alerts me only when it matters, saving me from unnecessary worries. Overall, this product has surpassed my expectations. Oh man where to start lol this camera is amazing. I bought it for my cats to see what they’re doing and with the AI tracking I can really see since it follows them around.
