Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this product. We used this camera as a non-WiFi option, but it frequently would say out of range even if it was immediately next to it. It also started moving on its own and making a very loud noise like someone else was controlling it. I reached out over chat and they gave me instructions to reset the camera. I tried this. When I reached out again over email, I was a week or two past the one year warranty and they told me that they didn’t have any evidence of my chat requests and the item was defective and they couldn’t replace it because I was 2 weeks out of warranty. I strongly do not recommend.

Please save yourself and do not purchase this monitor. We had ours for a year and the clock was ALWAYS wrong no matter how much you reset it. The picture is terrible. The monitor stopped charging completely after a year and customer service refused to replace it and instead offered us 30% off on a new one. Because we are stupid we went for it only to now be having issue after issue with the new one (unsupported outdated firmware, irregular alarms, again a terrible picture). Not to mention the range on these things is PITIFUL. You can barely take the monitor a room away before it disconnects. Please do not purchase this.

My monitor broke after less than 6 months of use. I tried to speak with the company about a replacement and they will not issue without the order number in an email that has since been deleted. All other information was provided. Horrible company and product.

At only 16 months the charger stops working unless plugged in, and the noise stops working sometimes. This is a huge problem as the reason you have a monitor is to be able to actually monitor sound and you're not staring at the monitor 24/7.

Decent monitor overall, but the battery fails to hold a charge after about a year which is sad since it's labeled as irreplaceable and the monitor alone costs almost as much as a whole new camera and monitor combo.

Please save yourself a ton of headaches and go with another option. I purchased the Spaceview monitor & camera combo in July of 2022 ahead of my second son being born and connected it to my previously purchased camera so that I could watch both of my children. After less than a year the battery life on the monitor started to worsen and worsen until after a couple months it finally fully failed and was unusable. At this point I had waited 2 weeks too long to bring it up to the customer service rep so they refused to provide me a replacement of their faulty product and thus required I pay $100 for a new monitor. When I received the new monitor I kept receiving an error message that required I update the firmware on the cameras, and when this message popped up it deactivated the volume on the monitor so I couldn't hear if my children were crying. I finally was able to update the firmware per their website, but when doing so it completely crashed one of my 2 cameras and it won't allow it to turn on reducing me down to 1 camera once again. Yet again as I reach out to customer service with this problem they refused to help or rectify this problem in anyway requiring that I yet again purchase another one of their defective products. Additionally, when you have an issue you and reach out to customer service they only respond once overnight on weekdays causing any issues to be drawn out over weeks to be resolved. This is an absolute fraud of a company that does not care about their customers and simply looking to suck them dry for as much money as possible. I implore you to look elsewhere.

We purchased the two camera system when we found out we were having a second baby. It was expensive but I figured worth the investment as we’d have it a few years. Loved it at first but crapped out after only a few months. One day the monitor just said it wasn’t close enough to the monitors even though it was in the same spot it’s always been and only one room away. Customer service was no help. I bought it while I was still pregnant so even though it only worked a few months it had been 12 months and one week since the purchase that I reached out to them so they said there’s nothing they can do. Would never have purchased if it was going to crap out in a few months. I’ve already told all of my pregnant friends make sure you don’t buy this brand. So disappointing.

Tge volume button stopped working on this monitor so now we can barely hear our son unless he's screaming. Meanwhile the Summer monitor we got for our oldest son still works after 7 years. And the Motorola someone gave us to replace this POS is 5 years old. My advice would be to stay away from Eufy monitors. Anything has Hi def video now. That's not what makes a good product anymore.

So the product does what it's expected to do. No complaints there. But Eufy fails miserably at customer service. We had a Eufy Spaceview monitor gifted to us as part of a baby registry. Unfortunately, I had already bought one and forgot to take it off the registry. No big deal, I thought. I'll just do a standard gift return. We said thanks to the work colleagues who gifted it to us. They didn't need to know if was being returned. For all they knew the baby monitor in the nursery was the one they gifted. I reached out to the support team to let them know of my predicament and start the process of a gift exchange, but apparently someone at the company forgot to make a gift exchange service available. The customer support team said we could navigate this issue if I sent back the additional product with my paypal details. They would give the refund via paypal instead of refunding the gift purchaser's card. I did as told and paid $24 for a courier to ship it back to Eufy. The next email was from someone else saying the refund had been processed to the gift givers credit card. This is awkward! Now I have to explain to work colleagues that the thing I was so grateful for is being returned. If I had known Eufy was going to screw me over like this, I would have saved the $24 shipping and sold it on eBay. I cannot believe that a company that sells products that appear of baby registries doesn't have a gift return policy. Be better!

Very disappointed that this monitor lacks basic features...such as enabling monitor to work when plugged in. It's ridiculous that when the monitor isn't charged that plugging it in doesn't give you access to the screen. Wouldn't buy again...too expensive for what you get.

After 19 months of use, the volume on the monitor no longer functions. However, Eufy's warranty only lasts for one year, so when I wrote to them about the problem they told me I would have to purchase a replacement. When I told them this was unacceptable, as a product like this must last for AT LEAST the first three years of a child's life, they offered me a 20% coupon but not a replacement. Clearly they do not stand behind their product, which is a shame because functionally it works well. I will not be purchasing Eufy products in the future because of this poor customer service.

I purchased baby monitor and security camera. I liked both, especially baby monitor is so good quality and easy to use. Security camera sometimes it’s stuck, I don’t why, maybe it’s because of internet connection , but so far so good.
