I was looking forward to trying all of these but unfortunately when they arrived I was not able to try any of them, the whole package was damaged! Every can was damaged except for one and I was afraid to try it because when I took it out of the box I found a bunch of screws in the bottom of the box!

First of all, I orderd 2 flavors and didn't receive what I ordered. Highly disappointing. AND my order wasn't even boxed up! It was taped together & of course multiple arrived punctured and leaked all over. What an absolute mess & waste. Ryse should be ashamed of their packing & shipping method!

I ordered 12 12 packs and 1. 4 of which were refunded which I could live with, but additionally, 4 of the 8 packages I received were dowsed from a drink in each having exploded. Wouldn’t recommend

Disclaimer ** I absolutely love Ryse but not too happy with my most recent order. For whatever reason my cans were all separate from each other in a box together so they kinda got banged around but idc about that. They shorted me 3 cans!! Only got 9 out of 12. I haven’t heard anything back yet.

This is my third time ordering drinks from here and because I have requested refunds the first two times they refuse to accept my third one. I ordered three cases, one of those being blue raspberry, and I received koolaid instead. I also ordered two cases of Sunny D, which came damaged and leaking.

Most of the drinks were super dented and not drinkable. They are either too dented to sip out of or they explode on opening because they’ve clearly been dropped or been dropped on before arrival.

Half the drinks that got delivered are all dented, some of them aren’t even drinkable because the lid is so dented somehow. When you go to open them they will probably explode too since they’ve either been dropped or dropped on already.

I just received my order of the RYSE Fuel variety pack and the box was crushed. I could hear them rolling around inside the box as well, and when I opened the box almost all of the cans were crushed and some even had spilled. This is unacceptable and I would like to receive a refund or another pack.

Love the price. Hate that I’ve had multiple cans damaged in every order. (This is my third order) Contacted customer service, and was told that without photos they couldn’t help even though it was a known issue. So, figured I’d drop photos here. It’s not really a deal if half of them are damaged.
