Size: Very surprised size is huge when all links are added. Be sure all links are secure or the weighted ball will fly off. Little overwhelming at first to see all the parts but was easy to assemble. If you can use regular hoolahoop then great if not then you will have fun and get alot of laughs 🤣😂

I have another hoop but this one goes smooth! I am getting use to it because I’m not really that coordinated but I did it for 45min. Only stopping a few times either out of breathe or lost coordination!! I love this one also because you can adjust the weight!

Im a dude i think iys geared more towards wemon but I had a big pice of metal put in my leg/knee few years ago after using a few dsys in a row 30 mins daily im noticing im walking more normaly and using muscles i hasn't in awhile and its easyr to do sit ups great way to break a sweat in the winter

It seems really great. I put it together easily. Then I punched my finger putting it on. It hurt really bad. Doesn't change how much I like it but it got me real good. Please be careful putting on.
