I’m very excited to try this flavor. I went with BlackBerry Lemonade this time. Last time, I had Strawberry Kiwi. I always use one scoop for arms, chest, shoulders, and back. On Leg Day, I ALWAYS go 2 scoops. Gives me that monster pump In looking for, especially when heavy lifting. Highly recommend!

Great source of electrolytes on the go. Only complaint is that the powder clumps together and solidifies, so you will need to manually break it apart inside the packet for it to come out easily. These taste great as well! They remind me of the lemon lime Pop Ice Popsicles. Definitely will buy again!
