wow, I’m so glad I checked out the reviews and I’m not crazy! I’ve used blue moon amplified forever, but as it’s no longer available I switched up to rockabilly. it washed out SO FAST! I’m a once a week hair washer and it was gone inside a month (4-5 washes!?!). I’ve never experienced anything like this from manic panic, I’ve been using it exclusively for 5 years.

I have always used Blue Moon on my daughters hair but had to switch to another blue since you don’t carry Blue Moon anymore. We tried Rockabilly Blue instead and it washed out so quick! Especially on the freshly bleached roots. We have had 3 separate applications wash out quick. That never happened with Blue Moon. We switched to Artic Fox until we can figure out which MP blue will work for her. We have been using MP and AF forever and use cold water and color safe products.

The first time I used this color, I didnt bleach my hair enough, so it came out a pale blue and started washing out a blue gray. So 3 weeks later I bleached again, used this color again and now it's perfect! I'm a dye-hard manic panic fan

I was very excited for this dye, in all the pictures it's exactly the color I wanted. I've had blue in my hair previously and needed to re-dye, so I bleached my roots, made sure to apply the dye on clean, dry hair, and waited the 60 minutes the bottle said. When I rinsed my hair out, the blue had adhered nicely to the previously-blue part but on the freshly bleached roots it barely did a thing. After it dried it was more of a green-blue (because I hadn't bothered toning my hair, I never have and I've never had an issue with any other blue dye) but very very light, it was splotchy and uneven, and overall it just looked awful. The application was good and the rinsing didn't stain my bathtub, but it wasn't really a *dye* more of a *tint* on half my hair.
